[Cannon]
Cannon smiled and waved as she left, sitting on the bed lightly. Even trying to bear his weight, the bed creaked and groaned. Cannon winced, wishing he was born a slightly lighter man. He looked out the window and watched as Rose bounded across the road to the little store there. Cannon was about to turn away when something caught his eye. A man, one he hadn't seen approach, was talking to Rose. Cannon sprang to his feet, grabbed his staff, and was about to march out when he saw Rose turn back to the inn. She started walking, the man following close behind, and Cannon, with a bit of a growl, decided to patiently wait for her to return. He eased back onto the bed, staff still in hand, and set his face like stone waiting.
Rose bursted through the door not long after, the man following close behind. The man slammed the door, prompting Cannon to stand up to his full height, staff still in hand. He introduced himself as Hide and Cannon looked between them, from Rose to Hide, a few times before speaking.
"Says he a guard? Sid knows guards, guards know Sid. He would have warned, if guard was to follow, would have brought guard with us. Sid looks out for safety, did not bring him with us, does not think he means well. Sid only guard I trust," Cannon raised his staff, shoving one end into Hide's chest. "Best beat him now. Save some time. Keep him from following. Broken legs, hard to walk or ride."

~Rose and Hide~
Hide staggered backwards from having a staff shoved in to his chest, Hide reached up rubbing his chest giving Cannon a hurt look. "I did not come off the same ship big fella. I had to board another ship, because, I had realized when I lost track of her, and then saw her standing on a ship that had already left port, I knew I had to get on another ship!" Hide looked towards Rose, and gave a look of urgency for help. Rose walked in between the two, placing her hand on Cannon's staff urging him to put it down. "Cannon, Hide has trained by Captain Sid... He was more or so, a helper to Sid when he was brought to the Palace. Hide is a great fighter, and I believe he could be useful... We could always keep a watchful eye on him. That is my suggestion, but, if you feel we should do away with him, then by all means, lets get rid of him." Rose looked at Hide and said some thing out of context. "Hide has been body guard to my sister and I ever since he was seventeen, never up close though, just from a distance. I believe he is a good man. Maybe NOT as good of a man as you Cannon, but, he sure does have a certain quality about him that stands out. Not sure what THAT could be though." Rose took her hand off of the staff and looked at Hide giving him a look like he should make ammends, and try to say something, instead of letting her do all the talking.
"Look, Cannon, I promise, I won't touch the princess, I won't breathe on her, I just want to make sure no harm comes to her. That is all." Hide smiled at Cannon. "Besides I really doubt you could best me. You may be bigger, but, I bet I am faster then you are. How ever, that has absolutely nothing to do with me keeping my word of, I will not do anything to endanger the princess, or you. That is my word. As a guard of the Royal Family of Sidereal."
Rose kind of smirked as she turned her back away from the two, crossing her arms, and waiting now for Cannon's final answer. Even now, she could feel a sudden warmth towards Hide, he has always been charming in a really annoying way, but, even more so, he is still a guard to the Royal Family, and in a sense, Cannon is as well.
"Hide... I sure hope you can convince other people like you are trying to convince Cannon as of right now." Rose said with a mocking sound in her voice.

[Cannon]
Cannon growled as he set his staff back to the ground. He didn't trust Hide still, but as his memory came back to him, he didn't trust anyone quickly. Except Rose, but that wasn't a fair judge, as women always seem more charming that men do. He raised his brows at Hide challenge to his speed, but kept silent on the point. Cannon frowned as it dawn on him that if this man could find them, he wasn't doing a very good job of hiding them. If it came down to a fight, it would be better to have him rather than not... and he did promise not to harm her... besides all that, he was trained by Captain Sid... and Sid always said every man deserved his chance, be him of fates ill or good.
"Fine, he can come... but," Cannon's hand tightened on his staff. "If Rose hurt, you die. Period."
Cannon sat back down on the bed, slowly laying his staff down beside it. Then, he crossed his arms, looked at Rose and said. "Still don't trust him."

oOšo-Victoria-ošOo
Victoria mumbled to herself in her room, gathering random belongings in a small hip sack, before closing it shut tightly and wrapping it around her upper leg, under her shaw. It was one of her nights as usual, to wander herself from the 'nest' of which she was created and born to see the rest of the world, the real world. The outside world. She was tired of always seeing the same things, the same people, of doing the same chores and hearing the same ideals and beliefs. It was tiring and boring in the long run to her and she couldn't understand how the rest of them could do such.
Sneaking her way out of her hut, she checked to make sure the coast was clear before darting out along the dirt path and over the entry bridge, leaping into the illusion orb at the center of the great tree, and through it. Just as before, appearing upon the other side. The side in which the race known as the Human's controlled and claimed as their lands. Readjusting herself, she slowly made her way out to the entry of the forest, and the start of the fields of grain. The grain planet by the near by village which she believed was called Corral. Though she never had once been in the city. She was sure that if she was spotted, something good wasn't going to come about of it. After all, how many humans see a girl with cat ears and a tail. It could end up a mess.
Though, as usual, her curiosity would get the best of her, in due time. As they say, Curiosity killed the cat.

(OOC: Its fine Mew. Thanks for posting!)
~Rose~
Rose looked at Canno, then at Hide. "You, go lay down. I do not want to look at you for the rest of the night, or hear a peep out of you." Rose was pointing to the empty chair in the room, and then smiled at him and winked, as she turned and walked to the door, and opened it. Just as she did so, she heard a muffle behind her. "Well, where do you think you are going?" It was hide, he was looking at her siling real big. "Just down stairs to fetch some thing to eat.. That is all. You... Stay. Good boy." Rose turned and slammed the door behind her.
Making her way down the stairs, she pulled her hair tie out of her hair and stepped down off of the last step, and looked around. The inn was bustling tonight, and there were guards hanging around inside, most likely, off duty. She made her way threw some groups of people, walking up to what looked like a large counter. "What can I get you?" a voice boomed from behind the counter. "I would like some-" a voice cut her off from behind.
"You would like to turn around and come with us, right now." The voice was not a familiar one, and as she turned, she looked the armor up and down, and realized it was Lacuna armor.
"I do not think I will be going any where with you." Rose said sterness in her voice, and now reaching both hands down to her side placing both on her daggers, staring the man cear in the face. There were five men all togethr, and staring her down. "Of course... You are welcome to try and remove me from this inn, but, I can guarantee you, you will not get far. I say I may be able to take two of you out, and then the rest... Well, we shall see won't we."
The man stepped forward reaching out to her, she then struck the man as quickly as he reahed out, his screa head through out the inn now. "You little- Oh! You are so dead!" The man screached. "Get her! Get her right now!"
Rose turned and jumped up on to the counter top, running along the front part, then jumping down on to a table near by. The men running not far behind her. "Get back her!" The men yelled to her. To Rose this was more of a game, and she was laughing, voices and laughter could be head as they were not able to catch her.
"Lets dance idiots!" Rose yelled as she held her one dagger in her hands.

oOšo-Victoria-ošOo
Victoria wandered slowly along the edge of the grain covered field and the Forest of Illusion, picking up a few pieces of grain here and there, nibbling on it from time to time before tossing it back to the ground. Her sensitive cat ears then twitched in an excitement of noise from over across the field in the distance. Stopping abruptly, Victoria turned to try and catch a glimpse of what all the commotion was over. Her bright cat eyes focused in on the city as she slowly crouched low, hiding in the tall, four foot high grain that sprouted from the ground around her. Using it to conceal herself from anyone. Her cat slit pupils sharpened and she was able to catch that the focus of the noise was coming from the inn near the edge of the village. Slipping up to the back window, unseen, she peeked in and blinked. Humans, though that was expected, however she watched as they fought amongst themselves. And surly not in any playful manner. She noticed some of their deadly weapons in hand, showing them off as to be used.
Victoria was a bit baffled. Not only did these human creatures fight and take from other races, but from their very own kind as well. She lowered her head, contemplating as to why this is as it was, but only for a moment. Then looking back into the inn, she seen it was men after one woman. She gritted her teeth and fangs together, behind her lips. Her feelings rise slightly and her stomach twist and turn.
With a loud crash, the table nearest one of the men broke down to the floor, the man underneath the table. From behind her, the window bared open, a cool night breeze blowing in. She grinned her fang like grin to them all. Her ears slightly twitching and turning as her tail swayed and swooshed behind her. Her body couched low on the table, the man underneath seemingly unconscious for the moment.
"You know, a bunch of you men on one girl... That's not exactly fair you know?" Victoria spoke in a sharp and sarcastic tone, looking at everyone's eyes as they look upon her. Something new to them or rarely seen. A cat that takes the shape of a human? Their eyes made her slightly nervous, but at the same time, excited her.

[Cannon]
Cannon heard the scream from below and jumped up, grabbing his staff he shouldered the door open and pretty much fell down the stairs in his haste. Once he regained his footing, he looked around and felt his own jaw drop. Four fully armored men were chasing Rose around, nearly falling over themselves. They looked like a bunch of idiots. Suddenly, in popped a catlike creature. Cannon cocked his head to one side, curious of this newcomer. But she had scared the stuffing right out of the guards. They had frozen, watching, as their captain, bleeding, tried to gather his bearings. Before he could issue an order, Cannon took his staff and thumped him on the helmet, causing a loud ringing. Disoriented, the man stumbled about before falling to the ground, where Cannon lifted one foot and brought it down on him. A series of cracking noises, both metal and bone. With a little smile, he turned to the innkeeper.
"You have big bugs. Good thing, we're pest control, right Rose?" he laughed as he lifted his staff again, the four men slightly shaking as they looked from Cannon to Rose to the catlike creature.

~ Rose and Hide ~
Hide stumbled over his own feet not to far behind Cannon, as they made their way down stairs, Cannon looked around at the mess, and laughed out loud at the trouble Rose had caused for the soldiers already. "Hmph.... Cannon, these are Lacuna soldiers... Best to get rid of them as soon as we can..." Hide turned his gaze now towards the cat like creature that was present. He smiled as he knew what she was. He had seen a few of them on his journey. "Well, looks like they've attracted the wrong kind of attention I must say... Idiots. Lets get rid of them quickly!"
Hide jumped down as he looked over at Rose who was as well standing on the top of a table herself. "Now... Get down from there! As Cannon says, we're pest control!" Hide reached out a hand to Rose as she took it, jumping down from the table. The soldiers looked a little nerve wrecked, and it was a great sight to see. The ones who had fallen stumbled to their feet coming closer with caution. The mean while, the captain screaming at the top of his lungs, both in pain, but, also commanding them to stand down, and get him the hell out of there. "Get me out of here! We can come back for the little brat later! Oh... So much pain! You big fool! I will kill you!" The guard shouted. "You have no idea who you are messing with you big lummox!" The man all the while kept shouting as Rose stepped forward and kneeled down to the man, taking her dagger to his kneck. "You know... This is not at all looking good for you and your friends... In fact, I'd have to say that if I give my friend Cannon the word here, he will squash you in to the floor. Now, you gather your men, and you turn around, and you do NOT come back here to this village ever again." Rose said as she pressed the dagger to his neck hard now, hoping to get the answer she was looking for, even at the beginning of this brawl.
"The lord Fafnir will kill your friends... And you... Ha. I can't even imagine what he will do to you.. But, for now, we will leave you be." The guard said as he laughed and winced in pain. Rose shook her head and then stood up, stepping back by Hide, and waving to the others to grab their man and leave.
"Just you wait Rosalie... Your kingdom will fall!" The guard shouted as the men carried him out of the door of the inn. Rose looked from side to side, and gave a little un-easy look towards Cannon.
Rolling forward on her tippy toes she whispered to Cannon. "Two things of which I am certain... There is a ginormous cat in this room... And secondly... Do you think these people know who I am?" Rose said looked at Cannon with a little worry in her eyes. She shrugged it off anyways, and looked to the inn keeper.
"So sorry... Um... I promise I will fix everything! I do promise! We took care of the dirty rats for you!" Rose said giving an awkward smile now. Her focus was now towards the cat like girl, who Rose had never seen anything like her in her entire life. This girl was so intriguing, and judging by the looks on every one else's faces, they were just as shocked as she was.
But after a few minutes of awkwardness every one straightened out, except for the inn keeper seemed to be a little dumb founed. All Rose could do was stand and smile like a little idiot.
"Well Rose... I have said it before, and I will say it again! You sure know how to throw a party." Hide said smirking like an even bigger idiot, Rose looked at him and waked over getting in his face. "Really?! You think so! I'll how you a party Hide, with my left fist!" Rose said as she raised her hand to him, but Hide merely waved his hand at her.
The two were acting like children. Then after a few seconds, Rose laughed as she loosened up.
"Yeah.. I guess you are right. Atleast it wasn't as bad as the last time! Oh boy was mom and dad mad-" Rose cut herself off, as she then hung her head low now. Sadness overwhelmed her. She let her head loom low for a little bit. Hide placed his hand on her shoulder, and leaned forward. "Are you okay?" He asked with what actually seemed like a sound of concern in his voice.
A few secons past and Rose jumped up at him and give a big smile to both Cannon and Hide. "I am fine! I promise." She then pointed to the girl still who had appeared through the window. The girl who remained quite silent.
"So.... What should we do now?" Rose said looking at her comrades. Hide shrugged, and pointed to Cannon. "You call the shots big guy." Hide said, winking at him.

oOšo-Victoria-ošOo
Victoria watched as the men stumbled from the inn after throwing off a few choice words, as most usually do when someone of their nature get shown up in any sense. She huffed and stood on the broken table, dusting herself off.
"Cowards..." She mumbled to herself and turned her back, looking back towards the open window in which same came. Noticing eyes still darting back and forth from her, including these mysterious, yet curious three, one in which she remembered hearing the name of. Rosalie.. or Rose as the other two males next to her hand seemed to nick name her. Victoria brushed a few finale pieces of glass from her shoulder and smirked, leaping into the air and directly onto the window seal. Crouching here, grinning back at everyone, giving a slight flicker of her hand as a wave as she alerted every in a loud manner. "See ya!"
Victoria then dropped out of the window and made her dash back towards the field of grain which would lead her across it to the Forest of Illusion. Her heart pounded in her chest. Never before as she seen a human that close, let alone let them see her in return. It was exciting, but at the same time horrifying. The stories she heard from the elders at her home. Of the human race being savage towards others they seen not fit or even amongst themselves. Even Victoria, then, had seen how hostile they can get to their very own people. It made her shudder to think of what could happen to her if she were to stay any longer of if something were to go horribly wrong in her plan of distraction earlier.

[Cannon]
Cannon snorted as Rose insisted he leave the Captain be. For good measure, as two of the men grabbed their Captain and started out the door, the last man to leave recieved a nice whack to the head from Cannon's staff. His broad chest heaved with stiffled laughter as Rose spoke to the innkeeper. Once both of them had turned their eyes to Cannon, he took a moment to think, a moment too many as the young catwoman leapt out the window with a casual goodbye. Cannon furrowed his brow, then raised his staff and said loudly:
"If asked, you will say you saw nothing tonight. You will forget," Cannon thumped his staff on the ground loudly, giving a long glance around the room. "Or I will make you."
With the people of the town sufficiently scared to bloody death, Cannon turned to Rose and Hide and motioned out the window.
"She's quick, a lot sneakier than us. Perhaps a good guide through this land. Or a witness. All same, we need to catch her," Cannon reached up and scratched his rough beard. "Or we leave, start running again. Obviously, we not as clever as we think. Twice we were found, Rose. Not good odds..."
Cannon looked out into the night. He could barely see anything, but with the forest in the distance, he figured it would be the best place to hide, for either the catwoman or for their ragtag party. "Head into the forest and track the catgirl. That my vote."

~ Rose and Hide ~
"Yeah, I think Cannon is on to some thing.. He seems to know what he is talking about Rose. Majority rules, we are heading in to the forest to track the girl. Leave the horses for now... Sadly enough, a place like that is no place for the horses." Hide said as he leaned in a table, and looked at the two. He flickered his eyes towards the people who were staring.
"Righ then... In to the big... Scary forest... We go.." Rose said with a bit of quivering in her voice.
"Oh come on Rose! Are you seriously scared of the forest?! Its not that bad, just a bunch of bugs, and most likely really huge animals that will-" Rose cut Hide off again as she smacked him upside the head, forcing him to stand in an up right position. "I was going to say big fluffy animals that will want to lick you! Like that cat girl.... GEEZ woman!" Hide said as he walked to towards the door, rubbing the side of his head.
"Wow... You really are stupid Hide, thinking I would buy a story like that... And Cannon, you are right. Lets get to the forest. Majority rules... As our dim-witted partner says. And I am in much agreeance with him. We shall leave the horses for now, and go to the forest on foot. Maybe she would know some thing of the Crystal Kingdom..." Rose walked towards the door as well, pushing Hide out of the way and walking out the door. "Right Hide... I would have said ladies first, but, I know how touchy you get about your feminine side." Rose said as she stepped down off the steps. "Cannon... Watch and learn from us. We are like two pea's in a pod... Rose you see, she plays hard to get." Hide said as he winked at Rose, and she stuck her tongue out at him.
"Onward! To the forest!" Hide shouted, as he ran out the door, and jumped down from the steps on to the dirt ground. Rose rolled her eyes at him and kept walking. "You are so immature Hide.. I mean that with the most of care..."

Victoria chuckled lightly, the feeling of getting attention unlike any other was a rush. Leaning herself against an entry tree to the forest, she gave a sigh of excitement and relief. Looking up at the starlight sky above this world. Thinking to herself how unhappy the elders and the rest of her people would be with her if they were to find out. Victoria chuckled once again, covering her mouth and took in a deep breath.
"Well... that was different.. and fun," She brushed her hair back from her face before hearing rushing back from the inn and noticed one of the men from earlier, leaping from the staircase entrance of the inn to the ground. That girl, Rose, following down behind him, but in a more mature, appropriate manner. And remember, thinking, if her ears told her correctly, something about catching a catwoman. Victoria, knowing full well, there weren't any other 'catwomen' around here, she could be in a bit of a pickle now.
"Great, the people I choose to help out turn against me... Humans.. I will probably never understand," She grumbled to herself before giving a low growl and narrowing her eyes towards the three that begin to pile outside the inn.
"I wish them luck then..." She snorted and slipped back into the shadows of the deep forest.

[Cannon]
Cannon lumbered on after Hide and Rose with a wide smile. It had been a while since he'd been in a brawl, and though brief it was, it was still a good deal of fun. He glanced towards the stables and sighed though; he never had to walk much. On a ship, there's only a few places to walk, so he had never had to take a long trek on foot. Abandoning the horses was something he was not exactly keen on either. However, his other choice was to remain at the inn and let Hide take Rose into the forest, which was NOT something he intended on allowing.
"We should keep quiet. Might attack us if she hears us coming. Might attack anyway... Let me lead, probably can't kill me," Cannon looked at his staff and sighed. There was no way to hide the weapon. He shifted his cloak around and pulled the hood up. "Then again, maybe should yell out, prove we're friendly?"
Cannon sighed heavily, shrugging his shoulders. "You decide, I not exactly a 'people person' anyway..."

~ Rose and Hide ~
Hide looked back at Cannon, and gave him some what of a shrug, and pointed at Rose. "Well, maybe if we let Rose call out to her, she will show up. I mean... Rose obviously is attracting alot of un-warranted attention... So, Go ahead Rose... Give a shout out to the girl and see if she comes a creeping." Hide said as he gave a small laugh from behind her. Rose shook her head at him and, was planning on calling out to the girl, but, she wanted to wait until they were a little farther in to the forest.
"You know what Hide, thats okay, you let me and Cannon do all the work. So that way, you do not have to worry your pretty little head about anything. I would hate for you to get your finger nails dirty." Rose chuckled. "Hey! Are you calling me a girl?!" Hide yelled at her, it was so loud, even she could hear it echoing off in to the forest.
"Well idiot... I would assume she now knows we are here! Could be any louder moron?!" Rose looked around as she stopped, and stared around at the forest itself.
"Hello?!" Rose yelled out in to the forest. It echoed as well. "Hello! Cat girl?! Um... Cat Woman?! We would like to speak to you! Please come out, we promise, we are not here to hurt you!" Rose yelled out. She tried to give it a little of that assuring voice she would use on her sister back at home when her sister thought other wise on current situations.
Rose continued to walk a little farther inward, looking at some of the tree's which seemed so alive, as if they were listening to every bit of conversation, and them selves, their leaves dancing in the wind, like they were try to converse as well with them.
"I guess all we can do is wait, right? I mean, we could keep walking, but at some point, we are going to want to go get the horses and continue riding." Hide said looked at Cannon. Hide stepped forward now, standing close to Rose. He looked at her out of the corner of his eye, but as he did so, he saw her doing the same, and both looked at away all at once. How ever, when he looked back, Rose seemed to have been blushing in the face some what.
"Must you stand so close? Move away!" Rose said to Hide, not looking at. "You are going to scare the girl off!"
Hide shrugged again at her, and smiled. "Sorry princess, but, as one of your comrades, and guards on this little trip, I am not budging an inch. We do not need any thing happening to you." Hide said, as he stared off in to the forest, searching around with his eyes. "I am certain, she is near... And, I am certain she heard you Rose." Hide said as he crossed his arms, standing now in a all serious manner.

oOšo-Victoria-ošOo
In stealth and silence, Victoria sat nearly directly above them, hustled down within the branches and leaves of the tall trees. Her breathing practically stopped as she listened, taking mental notes on their movements, appearance, and words. Knowing full well she would most likely only be tracked further into the forest, she figured she might as well play a bit of a game with them. Just to see how up on their toes these Humans can really be. Perhaps a little something precious she could use later for trade or escape, she thought to herself and the left side of her lip curled into a grin.
The Nekokai had a few magical like, simple powers. Some of them being able to control trees to a small extent. Fortunately for Victoria, a few of these teachings were passed down to her generation already.
And with a swift swoop, Victoria leaped from the high tree branch, grasping onto a loose tree vine. As her body rocketed towards the ground, the vine grew tight and caught her fall with a smooth swing. Directing herself directly towards the three below her. With her free hand, she grasped a spare vine along the way down, and with a slap, as she blew past them, she planted her feet against the nearest tree and flung the spare tree vine out from her hand, chanting a short, simple spell in their language. The tree vine hitting the target and wrapping around Rose's wrist, as if it did it itself. Then it grew, beginning to wrap along her arm and down to her chest and stomach. Until it began to spread all over her body. As if entrapping her. Victoria snickered slightly as she went for her leap off the tree, wrapping her hand around the vine she already grasped for a swing earlier, and taking the one wrapping Rose in the other. Beginning to pull her from the ground off her feet.
"I like this so called princess you have here. I think I would like to play with her for a bit. Teehee!" Victoria giggled mockingly at the two men as she just begun to push off from the tree and swing.

~ Hide and Rose ~
"Rose!" Hide yelled out, as he reached down grabbing the hilt of his sword, and unsheathing it. "Sorry lady! This princess is not a toy!" Hide shouted at her as he jumped up, slicing away at the vine that had her entrapped within. How ever, as he did, the vine let go of Rose, as she tumbled down, Hide catching her in his arms, and falling back on to the ground. She let out a yell, and he could tell she was a little disoriented.
"Come now! Humans can not be played with... Come down here and fight on the ground. Or are you scared you may catch a disease from humans?" Hide shouted up in to the trees at her, as he helped Rose get the vines off of her. Pushing Hide out of her way she stood up now, yelling up in to the tree's at her.
"I told you! We are not here to hurt you! Please come down!" Rose shouted up at her, she felt Hides hand on her shoulder. But as she did so, another vine wrapped around her wrist again. It was the same vine that had her entrapped before. "What... What kind of magic is this?!" Rose shouted out, as she did so, Hide reached down to rose side and grabbed the hilt of her dagger, unsheathing it, as well as wrapping his arms around the other side, unsheathing the second dagger on her right hip. "You my dear, need to hang on to these... I don't need you disappearing on us like a magician!" Hide said as he shoved one dagger in to her right hand, and then using the other to cut away the vine again.
Rose looked back, grabbed Hide, and ran towards Cannon, so they could all three be positioned by each other. "Look, we need to stay close to each other... This magic she is using. I have never seen anything like it.. But.. If she continues, I fear I may have to summon a spirit... I do not want to, but, she may be very well trying to hurt us." Rose said as she looked at the two of them. Hide simply nodded his head at her and looked now, darting his eyes around to see if he could spot the girl.

[Cannon]
Cannon rolled his eyes and knocked Hide over the head with his staff. Before either Rose or Hide could speak, Cannon set his staff down. "If she were to kill us, it would be done. Grabbed the wrist, not the throat. Many vines, but only used one. Might have stopped us and taken her, but didn't. What not done is important as what is done."
Cannon walked a few steps away from his staff and sat down, leaning against a tree, crossing his legs and folding his arms, with a glance up to the moon and stars. It was a beautiful night, and despite all the commotion, a peaceful one as well. He sighed and smiled.
"Have faith. In our nature to not have faith towards... new people," he looked at Hide as he said the last few words. "Have faith."

A soft chuckle echoed through the forest as she watched them grumble together and shout about the forest. Listening to Hide's remark, she grinned once again, and dropped from highest of the trees and landing like a dainty cat upon the ground. Then crouched low on her right hand as she bent down, studying the three. The one, however, confused her slightly, as she moved away from the other two and out of their group. Sitting against a near by tree. Victoria tried to figure as to what this was about. A trick, perhaps? The slits in her eyes narrowed in and her tail swayed from side to side, very slowly.
"Fight, Hm?" Victoria snickered out with a half of a grin on her face and within moments was gone like a flash. Darting towards them as she lunged past and between Hide and Rose, spinning once as she extended her arms enough to knock the weapons from her hands closest to her, though in process, scratching the top of Hide's hand on accident. Passing them by, she pushed from the ground with her legs and leaped into the air, flipping and landing on the tree she angled to. Facing down as her legs and claws on her hands clung to it. Looking directly down at the man they have called by the name of Cannon.

~ Rose and Hide ~
Hide fell back to the ground, as his sword fell in one direction and him in the other. He was able to catch a glimpse of Rose and the cat girl out of the corner of his eyes, but, more focused on Rose, he saw as she had spun around and fell back on to her butt, her daggers laying a bit away from her.
"Rose, are you okay?" Hide said as he looked over at her. He then saw, she had a serious look in her eyes, she was reaching down to her side now, fiddling around with some thing tied at her waste. She pulled out a small gem, now standing and holding it at her side, it was glowing in the palm of her hand. Speckles of blue could be seen darting out of her hands, as she looked at the cat girl now, sitting up in the tree. In Rose's hand was the gem that contained the spirit of Shiva.
"I am fine Hide. Get up." Rose said as she still stared at the girl in the tree. Hide stood up now, walking over and picking his swords up, and then cautiously moving towards Rose, as he stared at the girl, also, shooting Cannon an angry look for knocking him upside the head. "Did you have to hit me Cannon?" Hide said as he rubbed the back of his head, then touching his hand where he had been scratched by the girl. "Not trying to kill us, eh? She scratched me! She probably poisoned me!" Hide shouted at Cannon and then looked at the girl in the tree again, he started to scratch where he had a small cut on his hand, only bleeding a little bit, but, it was itchy.
"Come down from that tree. Please. Or we are going to have to freeze you in place." Rose said as she held the gem tight in her hand.
Hide looked to Rose now staring at her hand. "Hey... What is that Rose? I never knew you knew magic?" Hide bent down sort of trying to get a look at the gem in her hand. As he did so, she brought the gem up and opened her hand for him to see, sitting in the palm of her hand was the gem stone, glowing bright blues. "Wow! What is that Rose?!" Hide said. Rose still kept a steady and firm look upon the girl, and giving the girl a soft smile. "Its a Spirit Gem, Hide. Spirit Gems containt the spirits of powerful beings. They help to seal away spirits that can not function on their own. I only have two in posession. This gem, however contains Shiva, a powerful being that can control ice, and water." Rose said staring at the girl.
"Now please come down from there. I need to ask a few questions, and then I promise, we will leave you alone. My first question. Do you know anything of the legendary Crystal Kingdom?" Rose started out, she then closed her fingers around the gem again, and placed it down at her side again. "I will give you one last chance to cooperate. Then we will do things MY way."

[Cannon]
Cannon chuckled lightly, gazing at the cat creature overhead. She was fast, a lot faster than he had originally anticipated, and he had almost not seen her actions. She was as fast as he was strong, and when it came down to the two he wasn't sure which would win in a contest. So, he simply decided not to put it to one. He laughed loudly at Hide's comment, making a small show of shrugging and putting his hands behind his head.
"Of course. You hard headed. Needed to beat some sense into you. Besides, Rose said I could," he winked at Rose and looked again to the woman hanging overhead. "I said not fight. She did not hurt me. Not even touch me. Does that not tell something? You asked her to come and fight. You got scratch."
He couldn't tell why he was so calm. It wasn't because he was fearless; this creature could easily use his size against him and without his staff he couldn't even keep her at bay. Considering their position, he estimated they were badly outnumbered, as the amount of vines on the tree he sat next to could easily hold him still. But they were still alive, and in that he could find peace. He saw the gem and instantly scowled.
"Peace, Rose. Give her a chance. Three times now she could have killed us. Three times she has not."

A calm, slow breeze blew through her hair as Victoria listened to them all speak and then grumble amongst one another. It tickling her a bit, making her giggle and Hide's accusation, in re-guards to her trying to kill him over an accidental scratch to his hand.
"You are all quite silly," she spoke with a soft smirk and narrowed eyes that let them know she has a decent advantage right now, just as Cannon had pointed out to them. And as that was shown, the tree vines slowly moving on their own before their very eyes and through the air and along the ground. A bit curious, she called the vines from the ground as they slid themselves over and around Cannon's legs and up over his chest and onto the tree trunk, wrapping around the trunk as it grew its way up to her in the tree branches. The vines from the air doing the same, returning to her calling and gently wrapping around her body as she sat there in amusement and comfort in the tree. The vines forming like a protective case of armor around most of her body.
"That, girl, what you have there, a summon you say? Shiva?" Victoria looked down at Rose, pointing with her claw like hands and fingers at what she held in her hand, showing it to Hide at the moment.
"So, yee be a summoner? Quite the rarity to find such now these days, ne?" Her head tilted, studying the girl, but also keeping an eye on the one called Hide beside her. That was one she fully did not trust at all from the way he acted and spoke. Then Victoria remembered Rose asking about a Crystal Kingdom. All Victoria did was smirk once remember and thinking about this question that Rose asked with a serious expression upon her face.
"You Humans.. give such threats, however I noticed in my time of entering your world, that most are either all talk or without enough back up to it. Yee turn on your own kind, destroy your own lands and world, along with others that have done nothing to cause their demise. What makes yee think I would dare trust any of the three?" Victoria closed her eyes, lowering her head for a moment with a light sigh, thinking another moment, then softly spoke, not looking back up at them. "Yee dare threaten me... my kinda, again. I don't like to hide like the others..." And with those chosen words, Victoria rose her glance to meet theirs with hatred.
"I rather fight and end this fear of what my people have of your dark desires of power and destruction than help yee," She cursed out in an angry tone, gritting her fangs past her lips and her eyes narrowed. And with a soft tone, almost a whisper, she spoke to seemingly herself, but knowing full well, her own people could hear it as the wind carried their voices and along with hers through the forest to her homeland.
"For my people..."

~ Rose ~
Rose thought about it for a moment, what Cannon had said, and then realized, he was right. Even Rose knew in order to give people a chance meant showing some sort of a faith in your own efforts to achieve what some may call impossible. With out a sound, or even a glance away, she reached down to her side, and under her cloak, with the hand that held the gem, and shoved it back in to the pouch, and securing it tightly back to her side. Then, looking over to Hide, who had his sword raised, she pressed her hand against the blade of the sword, and gently pushed it downward, not looking away from the girl, as she did so, she spoke to Hide,"Put it down. In order to achieve, there must be a chance." Rose said as she kept her gaze on the girl. As she told Hide to do so, he lowered his weapon, putting it back down at his side.
"I hope you know what you are doing Rose... I really do." Hide spoke as he stared at her now, waiting to see what she was up to.
Rose now releasing her gaze from Hide, putting her hand out infront of her, and motioned for him to sit down. He did as she motioned, how ever, not with out some sort of a displeasure coming from his throat, a growl.
Now turning back to the girl, Rose walked forward a little slowly, now, and kept her gaze back in to the girls eyes. "I am Princess Rosalie, of the Kingdom of Sidereal..." She started out, she did not know what to say to the girl, to prove they would not harm her. Rose knew though, Cannon was the one out of the three of them who did not want to fight her. Rose was un-sure, and it would seem Hide had his mind set, she wanted to hurt them. "And yes... I can summon Spirits. I have Dante and Shiva as my comrades, to aid me in my journey, and fight to help save Mirra..." Rose shut her eyes, as she stood in place now, just a few feet away from the tree now where Cannon, and the girl now were at. She looked at Cannon, who was very calm indeed, and she gave a small laugh. "Look, you have worst things to worry about. Your people. Your forest will most likely be in the way of the Lacuna Kingdom... King Fafnir. After he succeeds in taking over my Kingdom..." Rose opened her eyes and looked the girl dead in the eyes once more,"He will most certainly destroy yours. Your people. Your home. Your friends. Your family. All of it, will be taken away. He already started with mine... My father King Viktor was killed not to long ago, and now, I am here trying to save Mirra, as my father had started to do." Rose now stopped herself and walked now, until she was standing right under the girl herself. She looked at the vines that had entangled Cannon, and gracefully ran her finger across one of them.
Looking up at the girl, who was directly above her, she smiled up at her. "Now. I promise, no more threats will be said against you, and we will leave your forest in peace. But, before I leave, I want to know if you know anything of the Crystal Kingdom?" Rose said still looking up at her.
"And you are wrong about us Humans. Not all of us are alike. Its all about chance my dear." Rose said, now as she kept her eyes upon the girl.

[Cannon]
Cannon let out a heavy sigh as the vines wrapped around him. It was like having pet snakes crawling around, but slightly more soothing. They weren't squeezing, or uncomfortable, just sort of there. He didn't panic though, she would have killed him if she had that intention, he reasoned. Cannon wasn't the people person, but Sid had acted the same way around him the first few months they sailed together. Most men did; they took one look at his size and felt threatened. However, Cannon wasn't the kind to attack without just cause. He was the kind to fight back though. Which the vines pretty well prevented from happening at all. So, he thought, he would simply have to wait and see.
He smiled as Rose told Hide to shealth his weapon. Sometimes, when he spoke he felt like no one understood him. Other times, it seemed as though his words rang crystal clear. Cannon looked up at the woman again.
"Takes time, to trust, to have faith. Easier to trust women," Cannon looked at Hide, then back at the cat woman and pointed. "Still don't trust him. Hit him on head with my staff, it will make you feel better, promise."

Victoria's hands clenched tightly into fists as she listened to them speak, the feelings of hatred still there, but slowly drifting as Rose told her short story and tried reasoning with her. As her fists tightened, the vines began to clench around the tree trunk as well as Cannon's legs and over his chest, pinning him tightly to the tree. The thought of her family, her people, her home being wiped from existence by this other Kingdom of Lacuna.
"VICTORIA!" Echoed a voice, loud and clear from behind them all within the forest. That voice was all clear and well to Victoria. The head guard, Balkir, of the city, which must have been sent out to her. They must have heard it all as she suspected, she thought to herself as she looked over at him. His eyes wide in horror of seeing three humans closed in towards her. As he drew his sword in fear of them going to hurt her, a loud bang came from behind them and all that was left after the echoing, ear piercing sound was Balkir standing there, still shocked, unmoving. Just before he feel to his knees and over on his side. Motionless.
Victoria's eyes widened as she seen her friend, her family fall before her. She remained in shock, trying to comprehend just what had happened. Meanwhile, two men rushed up into the entry of the forest with a shout of 'Perfect Shot!' passing by the one's lips. The one that held the rifle as it lowered to his side. The man behind him congratulating him on his good aiming. They were from the inn before. After seeing Victoria, they must had thought it'd be a good idea and a good price to fetch a creature like her, live or dead. And to some places and people, in times like these, money was sometimes hard to come by.
Victoria turned her head to see the two men as they began to notice the three travelers, Rose, Hide, and Cannon from the inn earlier and caught where Rose's attention went at first. To the trees. Seeing the figure of the same catwoman from the inn earlier.
"There!" The man behind the gunman shouted. "She's up there!"
The other man pushed him back some and rose his gun.
"Yes, I know, damn it! I can see her too!" He grunted as he aimed his gun. As his finger slipped over the trigger pulled back, a sense of anger, fear, frustration, and pure hatred ran through Victoria's veins. Her lower lip slightly twitching as she yelled out a loud scream, her body heat intensifying and her eyes fading from white and yellow with black cat slits to pure blood red. A form, that was known and given the name by some, as Berserk. As the man pulled the trigger, she lunged, dodging from a direct hit to it striking her arm, leaving mostly a flesh wound. The bullet ripping through her skin, though feeling not pain she ignored it at the moment, and embedding into the tree, a mere foot above Cannon's head.
As Victoria lunged at the men, the vines on Cannon fell loose and draped around him. Along with the rest around her body. As if they died, they fell to the ground in strands and piles. Losing her control over most of her self and powers. The men unable to even flinch fast enough before her arrival upon them, her leg swung out, side kicking the gunman directly against the side of his head. Knocking him a clear eight feet into a tree. Without hesitation, she turned to face the other, sweeping her leg up as she dropped with her body. Pushing the bottom of her foot into his chin, sending him into the air and into handing vines in the trees. Watching him become entangled with them, entrapping him there. Victoria grasped her head, the pain of this form continuing to agitate her more, letting out another scream in pain and hatred. Tears of black beginning to puddle under her eyes and stream down her face as she opened them again, looking up at the horrified man entangled in the tree vines above. The feeling of ripping him into pieces, of his blood on the ground as her friend had been, by them, traced through her mind.

~ Rose and Hide ~
Rose watched in disbelief and horror, and not even after ten seconds Hide was up and infront of Rose, as if to protect her from any harm. Rose pushed passed Hide and ran over to the men. Hide reached for her, but she shoved his arms away, Rose shouted out to the girl, hoping she could break through some how to her calm side. "Please! Don't do this! You do not want to be like them. Just give them a good beating and send them forth! If you kill them, that makes you exactly like them! You do not want to be like them. Please don't do this!"
Rose said as she got within inches of the girl, but, had tripped over a rock. Falling behind the girl she just grazed the back of the girls legs with her finger tips, her face now down in the dirt. Rose could feel tears in her eyes. She could feel this girls pain, for the man who had been killed infront of all four of them.
"Rose!" Hide shouted as he ran up behind the girl and kneeled down next to Rose. He placed both hands on her and pulled her up, so she was kneeling next to him. He stared her straight in the face, but her hands were down in the dirt still. She clenched her hands in to fists, digging in to the dirt now with her nails, and balling her hands, holding dirt now in them, she still left her fists on the ground infront of them. Hide with his hands on her shoulders, she knew he was staring at her. Yet, she did not look up. "Don't do it. You will regret it later on, I promise you. They will be punished. Just do not... Save your fight for some one who really deserves it... The one who intends to take away every one's freedom in Mirra..." Rose said, she was shaking now, she did not know what was going.
"Rose, are you okay? Look at me. Please, look at me Rose." Hide said as he shook her, yet she still stared at the ground.
For a few seconds, the forest seemed silent, and nothing stirred. The feeling of uneasiness, was clearly washing over every one, because of what had just happened.
"Do what you have to do..." Rose said now, as she leaned in to Hide, not knowing what else to do. "But if you kill them... You will only degrade yourself to their level." she said as she looked up now, at the girl who had gone Berserk. Rose had heard of Berserker's, but, never knew they were actually real util now.

[Cannon]
Cannon jumped to his feet as the vines slackened, nearly wanting to duck back down as the bullet whizzed past his head. He watched as the man with the gun flew sideways from the girl's kick and instantly went to him. His gun lying on the ground, Cannon took his heavy boot and stomped on the man's hand, breaking it and the gun in a loud crunch. He turned to see the second man flung into the air and left, dangling in the vines overhead. He saw Rose lunge to stop her, and Hide bend down to help her up. But the girl was still ticked, beyond that, her anger was almost palpable. Cannon slowly closed the distance between them.
He simply put his hand on her shoulder. He knew anger, maybe not to the extent she was feeling it, but he could respect her need to feel it. He could see where the other creature lay dead and he looked back to see the unconscious gunman with the broken hand and rifle. Where was the sense in all this? he wondered. He looked to the man hanging in the vines and felt a grim satisfaction watching the terror in his eyes.
"If she kills you, you fully deserve it," he said to the man in an even tone. "And if she shows mercy, then you do all you can so this never happens again. The choice is hers to make, Rose."
He gave a soft glance to Rose and Hide and rested his eyes on the young woman before him. It was all he could do, really. When it came to simple violence, he could always find a way or reason to put an end to it. But vengeance against such a thoughtless, careless act, he could not account for, nor be able to understand that degree of pain. His heart went out to her and he suddenly felt guilty, for suggesting they follow her into the woods to begin with, for surely she would have been safe had they not detained her, slowing her retreat.
"I am sorry."

oOšo_Victoria_ošOo Victoria's body shivered as she heard them talk, trying to get through to her. All these words, she could feel the emotion behind them. Victoria breathed in heavily, slowly feeling herself begin to come back. Then a hand slid onto her shoulder, causing her body, still in its berserk form, to jolt up once again in reaction. As a protection almost.
Her arms dropped from her head and clenched tightly into fists, and her voice roared in another scream, uncontrollably once again. Her berserk instinct aiming directly for the one that placed the hand upon her. Cannon. Her eyes still a deep blood red, The black tears staining her cheeks as more puddled and poured slowly from her eyes. The form was surly too much for her to control, at least right now. And with a swift, sharp jab, she sent Cannon back against the first tree behind them. Turning to see the others, the feeling of survival deep inside her, causing her to want to take them all out in order to survive.
Victoria's next targeted glance went down to Rose.

[Klaus]
The elders in Nekokai Village rummaged fiercely in their meeting temple on the side of the hill, located directly next to the sacred tree. Hearing mumbles over Victoria missing, possibly trouble, and as well as her first guardian, Balkir, Klaus rushed up to the temple, motioning his presence to the elders inside. The kindly waved him in.
"Ah.. Klaus, I see yee overheard us then?" The eldest of the elders spoke to him in a soft, gentle manner.
"Yes, forgive me, but I heard Victoria's name and thought I offer assistance as her second guardian," Klaus spoke in a polite, yet forcefully pleading manner. Then all looked at him, then turned to one another, mumbled a few more words in their native language. The language he very much learned and understood through them. Mainly thanks to Victoria however, since he had spent most of his time with her when growing up here. Even though she looked younger than him, she was actually older and helped raised him as he promised to protect her until he could no more for in returned thanks. After a brief moment and discussion, they elders turned to Klaus and the eldest, once again, spoke.
"It seems we had lost Balkir, his aura ist fading from us. If not dead now, he shall be shortly. Victoria... her aura, ist dark and fire. She has lost her control over herself and emotions. Please, Klaus, she ist lost inside, entrapped by her own self. Yee must find her, there are others, other humans like yee self out there. You should be able to handle them." The elder lowered her head and waited his say. Of course, Klaus agreed and nodded to them. No words were needed to show them he cared and was openly willing to protect Victoria at any lengths.
"Thank you," Klaus notion to them and left immediately, making his way down past the tree and towards the entry way of the Village. Stopping by his hut, grabbing his gun, throwing it into the holster and tying it to his hip side. Letting his shirt drape over it to cover the most of the gun.
"I'm coming Victoria, please try to wait a little longer," Klaus spoke in a soft tone to himself, knowing when he got out there, this was going to be different for him, for never before had he actually had to protect her with the chance of them losing their lives. Never before has it ever been so serious.

~ Rose and Hide ~
Rose pushed Hides arms back as she stood up, in reaction to Cannon being struck by the girl. Rose then felt a sudden urge of anger, and spoke now, with nothing but intent on stopping the girl, no matter what, for the sake of saving very one in the area at this point in time.
"Enough... You could contorl yourself if you wanted to, but in order to protect every one, including my friends, and yourself, I am going to have to do this... You leave me choice!" Rose shouted at the girl as she now reached down to her side and dug out the spirit gem for Shiva once more.
"Rose no! Don't!" Hide's voice could be heard from behind.
"I think its about time for you to chill out young lady!" Rose yelled as she threw the gem up in to the air, and shouted,"Shiva! I need your aid! Please come forth and help me!" All of a sudden, the ground beneath them began to shake, and a burst of blue lights shot in every direction, amost in a blinding flash, and then faded, and before them, was the spirit of Shiva. A beautiful young spirit, of a girl, with long flowing silver hair, and pale skin, with bright blue eyes, which look as if they were made out of ice themselves. "How may I assist you Princess Rosalie?" the voice spoke in a soft and gentle manner. "Shiva... I need you to stop this girl, freeze her, or some thing, just do not hurt her!" Rose spoke to the spirit, as it turned now towards the girl, exmaining her. Then as fast as it had happened before, another flash of light, not quite as blinding as the first, but enough to effect eye sight for a short while. Shiva touched the ground, and sent a small pool of water that slowly turned to ice spreading out towards the girl, and then shooting up now, like a stream in to the air, shooting towards the young girl. The ice shot and locked around her wrists, and her ankles, at spread up her arms, and along her legs, to hold her in place. Encasing almost every part of her body in ice, except for her head, so Rose could still talk and try to reason with the girl.
Then, Shiva turned towards Rose and smiled, and then another flash of light, as bright as the first light shot out, and then disappeared, sending the small gem back down towards Rose's hand. Holding out her hand, she caught out within her fingers, and looked at the girl.
"Now then... Can we place talk. I promise. I will let you out of there as soon as you promise not to hurt anyone else. I promie, justice will be dealt upon the two men." Rose said as she pointed to her friend on the ground.
"Look at your friend... If you hurry, you may be able to get him back to your village..." Rose pointed to her friend upon the ground, and showed her. "He still is breathing, I can see it in his chest.." Rose said, as she felt Hide rush past her and to the man on the ground.
"My god... You are right Rose!" Hide said as he kneeled down to the man.

[Cannon]
Three soft cracks he felt more than heard as his back fetched up against the tree. He slid to the ground and tried hard not to cry out, his eyes squeezed tight. The pain wasn't so bad, he thought, as he grabbed at his chest. He felt along until he located the three ribs. Definitely broken, he put his hand over the ribs along his left side and concentrated as hard as he could. It took a good deal of his strength but the ribs healed enough that the pain had subsided. He opened his eyes and saw Rose calling upon Shiva and felt a sort of shiver run along his spine, though not from the cold.
They were called different names by different people, but Cannon knew these aeons. He knew this one too. He watched the ice engulf the woman and felt a stab of guilt. He shouldn't have been so careless. He tried to stand but found that more than his ribs were broken. Seems when she hit him, she fractured his sternum and collarbone. He commended her strength and knew he didn't have enough to heal the fractures too. Instead, he hauled himself to his feet using the tree, almost gasping for breath.
"Pretty... strong," he managed, leaning against the tree. He closed his eyes, feeling weak, he slid back down the tree and just sat there.
