Ryo just got a bad cut on his right hand. Medical attention? Nah, it’ll be okay. Cuts on his right arm heal quickly. Wasn’t that the arm he badly injured in that accident years ago? Odd coincidence, but maybe the doctor just did a really good job of fixing him up. Maybe too good. Transfer student Hayato shows up at school with a cast on his left arm and a chip on his shoulder. He doesn’t like Ryo too much and Ryo’s arm doesn’t like getting too close to Hayato, kinda makes it all freaky twitchy. Never mind scissorhands, Hayato’s got a nightmarish biogenetic morphing swiss-arm knife hidden in that cast. Mysterious suited thugs show up looking for both of them. Maybe this explains why they fight like some governmental secet agency or something trained them. It’s creepy and dark and wrped … and did I mention it also has a scooter? All anime must now have scooters, the animation director gets heavily fined by the government if it doesn’t & the suited thugs come for him.
