Hime-chan no Ribbon TV
synopsis by Jareth David (from J.U.R.A.I.'s Necronomicon 1999 Anime Guide)
Princess Erika is flying around Shinjuku on her broom Chappi trying to find a girl who resembles her. They eventually find one in Himeko Nonohara, a 13 yr. old tomboy. Now Hime-chan can change to look like any other person, but if she doesn’t change back in less than 1 hour she’ll be trapped in her borrowed countenance for life. Her favorite stuffed animal Pokota has been given new life (quite literally). This is all due to an arrangement made by Erika, the owner of a magical ribbon that is now on loan to Himeko for one year in return for Erika’s permitted voyeurism. Hime-chan is harboring a secret crush on Hasekura-sempai from her drama club (which she unintentionally conceals from her friends by making a fool of herself in front of him in a moment of nervousness).
