Mammote Shugogetten TV 1-4

(NOTE: I will tell you right now that this is a weak synopsis. I only included it here because it amuses us. This is a case of nobody bothering to write a synopsis and me throwing one together last minute to get pics of it in the con guide. This synopsis is done the way someone else had a habit of doing them and still pulled it off better *Cough* not using any names, but at least when I cheated on a synopsis for a show I hadn't watched I admitted it.)
I haven’t seen this show, but Zack tells me it’s similar to Ah My Goddess and it’s main charcacter even looks like Morisato-kun and has a girl that bears at least some resemblance to Belldandy. Tasuke is your typical nice guy anime character…which means he needs a nice other-worldy girl to pleasantly complicate his life. When his explorer father sends him home a rare artifact, he gets just what he needed (though he probably won’t realize it yet). Shugogetten Shaolin (Shao for short), a spirit of the moon, pops out of the item and decides she’s there to protect him. Woe unto anyone that dare harm her new master…even including inanimate objects incapable of defending themselves from her wrath! Shao also has little magical spirits called hoshigami to assist her. Of course every other guy at his school falls for Shao. Need more conflict? How about Luan, who also gets sent by dad and is Shao’s rival for Tasuke’s affections (and sounds like an Urd wannabe). Shao is voiced by Mariko Kouda (Miki in MarmBoy). Thanks to Rollchan’s website which I used to cobble together the background info. I’m quite curious to see this series myself now.
