The Attack Mystification Police are back in a new TV series based on the popular Kia Asamiya manga! The animation quality is nowhere near the original movie, but they seem to have the original voice cast. Katsumi Liquer’s plane is attacked by a Lucifer Hawk (like a certain Twilight Zone episode). The AMP girls try to save her and she defends herself with a shorter blade than in the film (A dagger made specifically for her by…I mean, Grospolinar the pocket knife?). Yet another bad TV series based on a previuosly great anime, the nickname for this over at Zack’s is ‘Sailor Mobius W’ ("W" is the mark of death for anime sequels: Gundam, Burn Up, etc.). This opportunistic slice of cheese is affecting my lactose intolerance, I’m afraid of seeing the Lodoss & Bubblegum Crisis TV series if they get the same treatment as this crap. The OP theme sounds a bit too much like Blue Seed’s, while the ED theme is a cure for insomnia.
