synopsis by Jareth David (from J.U.R.A.I.'s Necronomicon 2000 Anime Guide)

Eurgoha & Yanuess are floating cities referred to by the landbound as Eden. Jorrne (cv+Kappei ‘Ranma’ Yamaguchi) has always wanted to go to the floating cities. What an original concept for an anime… *cough* Zalem *cough*. It seems Jorrne might be the last of a line of God Killers and his father’s sword may be more than it seems. Hairra is sent to assasinate him & prevent him from fulfilling his destiny. Elisiss (cv=Hekiru Shiina --Rayearth’s Hikaru) & a warrior named Oyazi show up to try to save him & bring him back Yanuess to meet the mother he never knew he had. Goldo & Vilogg are 2 inept henchmen sent to check on the ‘mysterious light’ and provide comic relief.

This has the potential to be a good series were it not for the unnecessary SD crap (Dragon Half this ain’t). But as Zack pointed out, it is a typical Hekiru Shiina anime series.
