Minky Momo TV 15 (1992 series)

From the ’92 TV series about everyone’s favorite ‘Could Be You’ magical girl, Episode 15 "Ninja Shuugen- Shinobi No Momo" invovles a ninja girl & some incompetent Yakuza goons. The (possibly unintentional) inside joke about this episode is that Momo & her dad (the king of Marine Nursa) are voiced by Megumi (Ranma) & Kenichi (Genma) Ogata & that she meets a female martial artist named Akane. It kinda makes me want to sing: "Yapappa Yapappa…"…oh, never mind. We showed this years ago when we almost picked ‘Daba Daba Anime’ as our new group name, after the title of the ED theme song, but it sounded too Flintstone-esque.
